Sales & Leasing Staff Grows at The Oaks of Louisiana

The Sales and Leasing Department at the Oaks of Louisiana is expanding as the opening of the Tower at The Oaks approaches. Marian Dehan is manager of Sales, Leasing and Marketing for The Oaks of Louisiana. A graduate of LSU in Baton Rouge, Dehan has experience representing a pharmaceutical company as well as working with chamber of commerce and tourist bureau officials. She has been closely involved with the development of the Tower at The Oaks while managing independent living at The Oaks.

Joining Dehan to focus on sales and leasing, is Ora Layne Guice. Guice is a professional realtor who completed Baker Real Estate College and Coldwell Banker University in Shreveport as well as Jones Real Estate School in Denver. During her career she has earned numerous real estate designations and has been recognized as a top producer and member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club with Coldwell Banker in Shreveport.

Bonnie Dubin has been named move-in coordinator for The Oaks. Dubin attended the University of Louisiana – Lafayette and LSU in Shreveport. Following careers in outside sales and the hospitality industry, she became co-owner with her husband of a local sign and banner company.
