This class will help improve your balance, which will help reduce falls. The class will include a gentle warm-up, some light strength exercises and standing balance exercises. This class will also teach you how to work on balance on your own at home. Some seated exercises are included, but the majority of this class is standing. This is a very gentle class and is suitable for most people.
