Active Aging Week encourages adults 50+ to take advantage of all that life has to offer. The goal this week is to promote wellness and get bodies moving. The Oaks of Louisiana active adult community offers a variety of programs this week to do just that and a lifestyle year-round that helps seniors live and age well.
