The attentive staff will not only address your health, they also will focus on your social, spiritual, emotional and mental well-being. Prior to joining us you will have a preadmission assessment interview and a nursing assessment of your physical and mental status.
Our staff is here to help assure that you enjoy life to its fullest whether you are attending a music program, visiting with family in the sunroom or joining your friends for an off-campus excursion. Your health and happiness are our primary concern with a plan customized to your needs.
The Health Center is a certified Medicare/Medicaid provider and is also private pay. North Pavilion is a certified Medicare provider and is also private pay.
